Wherever Those people surviving heirs or challenge are not in the Age of Vast majority, the Acting Trustee could pay back or transfer all cash, belongings and house attributable to Those people small heirs or concern of that Beneficiary to any mum or dad, custodian or guardian of These small heirs or problem, subject matter to exactly the same term
